Since 2015, Mainline Power Philippines has been receiving hundreds of requests and inquiries per day. We’ve realized how hard the old ordering system was, so now we’ve created an easier way for you to place your orders online, for this, we would like to request our customers to follow these simple steps.
Here are the two options on how to order:
- Once you’ve sent in the photo of your house, or the floor plan of your house where you’d like the Mainline Track to be installed, the Company will only be able to give you an estimated quotation based on the image and the length of the track you will be requesting. But upon installation, any other requests made by the client i.e. additional tracks, instances and requests such as this will incur additional costs that are outside the initial quotation.
- For schedule reservation, your queue number would be based on the date and time you have sent in the down payment and not on the date of the initial inquiry. For our services to be fair among all clients, we have made it a point to base your reservation queue number after the date when the down payment is made to optimize both our staff and minimize our clients’ waiting time.
- Additional Payments, in case of instances wherein the installation would incur additional costs for building permits and other related costs that are not payable to Mainline Power Philippines and are not under the quotation but are required for the installation in accordance to the building’s policies, will be under the customer’s responsibility.
- Permit Responsibilities, any permit or form needed by the customer’s building for the installation to be allowed, will be under the customer’s responsibility and should be accomplished at most a day before the scheduled date for installation. If not accomplished, then Mainline Power Philippines will have the discretion to reschedule the installation to a later date.
