Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer the following shipping options:

- Standard Shipping with installation: 3–7 business days or depending on your project timeline

- If Shipping ONLY: 1 - 3 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers
We work with reliable courier partners to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. 

International Shipping
At the moment, we only ship within the Philippines. 

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your order’s delivery status.

Shipping Issues & Delays

Damaged or Lost Packages
