Power Made Easy at The Grove
Share
At The Grove by Rockwell, one of our clients wanted a more convenient and clutter-free kitchen workspace. With only a single fixed outlet available, they often struggled to position and use their kitchen appliances during meal prep—creating both inconvenience and clutter in an otherwise beautiful modern space.

The Problem
The original kitchen setup had just one wall socket placed off to the side. This meant only one appliance could be plugged in at a time—making it difficult to efficiently use gadgets like an induction cooker, blender, or rice cooker. Extension cords became a necessary but unsightly solution, raising both safety and design concerns in the high-traffic kitchen area.
The Solution
Our team installed a Mainline Power Track System directly above the backsplash, strategically placed across the main cooking zone. This new setup allowed the client to:
- Plug in multiple appliances simultaneously
- Rearrange appliances freely across the track
- Maintain a clean, modern, and uncluttered countertop look
The moveable power sockets blend seamlessly into the kitchen’s aesthetic, creating both form and function in one installation.
The Results
From being restricted by a single outlet to now having total control over their appliance setup, the transformation is clear. Daily kitchen tasks are now more efficient, meal preparation flows better, and the entire space feels more organized and future-ready—all without the visual mess of cords and adaptors.
